Our rich Basil and Walnut Pesto and our creamy Gorgonzola Ranch delight customers on a daily basis and you can now enjoy them at home! Both sauces are vegetarian and can be used in dozens of dishes. The Gorgonzola Ranch is perfect for dipping fresh veggies, chicken wings, or even pizza. Enjoy our Basil Walnut Pesto on your favorite pasta or use as a decadent pizza base. Follow the simple recipes below and savor the possibilities!

Basil and Walnut Pesto

Ingredients

12 cloves garlic, peeled
2 cups walnuts, toasted
8 oz parmesan cheese, grated
3 tsp salt
2 tsp blk pepper
1lb basil
2.5 c extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1 lemon

Directions:

In food processor or blender combine all ingredients except oil. While running food processor, slowly drizzle oil in until fully incorporated. Taste for seasoning and add more salt/pepper to your liking. Makes about 1 quart.

 

Gorgonzola Ranch

(batch recipe)

Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup gorgonzola crumbles
1/4 cup celery leaves chopped
3 tsp dill
juice of one lemon
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbs garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp celery salt
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp minced red onion

Directions: Mix all ingredients by hand. Refrigerate leftovers. Can be kept safely for one week.
